OUR MISSION
Vision Northwest
promotes quality of life
to those affected by vision loss.
Vision
Northwest is a not-for-profit organization whose work begins when a person
hears from his or her doctor “nothing can be done to save your eyesight.”
Vision Northwest is there for as long as needed to provide support for the
emotional and physical adjustments that come after hearing these devastating
words. We serve people with vision loss in
Loss of independence is the one thing that all people who have been diagnosed with a life altering eye condition fear the most; therefore, personal support for independent living has been the watchword of Vision Northwest since 1983.
Vision Northwest recognizes that
people need to come together to share their common experiences and learn from
each other. Vision Northwest now coordinates over 45 support groups throughout

Be
